Level 3 Fire Safety Advisor Apprenticeship

 

A fire safety advisor works with organisations to reduce fire risk in simple premises - classed as a small buildings with a simple layout e.g. shops, offices or industrial units with a non-complex means of escape.

Assessing risks and hazards, evaluating measures to protect people and premises. Support businesses to carry out fire safety recommendations are also part of the role along with enforcement action.

How it works?

→ Work within an organisation whilst training and fulfilling coursework during the entirety of their apprenticeship. 

→ Apprenticeships will receive in person and virtual training courses with our expert tutors across the duration of their apprenticeship.

→Guided distance learning through self-study using our bespoke web-based Xact Learning Environment. 

→Apprentices benefit from the support of a competent member of staff within their organisation, as well as an appointed Xact Mentor.

→ End Point Assessment, completed after the training period, includes the following : Workplace observation, structured discussion underpinned by portfolio of evidence.

Eligibility

There are no specific qualification entry requirements to undertake this apprenticeship. However, in order to achieve your apprenticeship certificate, you will need to have GCSE Maths and English or equivalent. We are able to offer you the opportunity to complete your level 2 functional skills, enabling you to complete your apprenticeship.
