According to a report from OECD, the ongoing COVID-19 crisis has seen a substantial increase in online learning by adults, which much of the training that was originally planned for the classrooms is now being delivered online!
Evidence suggests that the number of participants in online training was four times as high as in the same period last year (March 2020) and evidence from web searches also points to a surge in interest in training online. With terms such as online learning and e-learning up four-fold between end-March and early April 2020 as strict lockdown rules came into force. (Source)
At Xact we developed our Interactive Virtual Classroom (iVC) at the start of the COVID-19 crisis to ensure we were able to continue facilitating our training courses to a high standard. We believe we have gone one better than virtual training and we've been able to actually replicate a traditional classroom setting from the safety of your home! Each session features real-time, face-to-face contact with expert tutors who are highly trained in our innovative format. In pairs, our tutors facilitate learning with delegates actively engaged in the learning process while all enjoy the comfort and convenience of their own preferred locations.
It’s clear to see that the introduction of our iVC has been a roaring success with positive feedback from many delegates, and with many still more comfortable working and learning from home, we hope to see you soon on one of our many training courses!
