What are Xact doing to be more sustainable in the workplace?

Xact recognises the potential local, regional, and global impact that its operations can have on the environment. We are committed to the reduction of our energy consumption and emissions. Our environmental policy outlines the key measures that we have implemented to improve our sustainability.

• We provide the option for online learning through our interactive virtual classroom (iVC).  Running many of our courses via the iVC significantly reduces the associated emissions, as delegates and tutors are no longer required to travel to course locations.
• We actively conserve as well as responsibly source and dispose of resources.
• Where possible resources, paperwork and payslips are available digitally, reducing the need to print.
• Office staff work can work from home and staff meetings are held virtually to reduce our Scope 3 emissions.
