Target audience

Individuals who are, or intend to be responsible for managing fire safety in commercial premises


Core responsibilities

  • Conducting regular reviews of fire risk assessment of the premises
  • Advising occupants about safety precautions relating to building
  • Implement and maintain appropriate fire safety measures to remove or reduce the risk to life
  • Plan for emergency situations
  • Provide fire safety information, instruction and training for staff
